Galaxy S6 won't turn on pulsing blue light.

My Galaxy S6 randomly turned off by itself one day and just wouldn't turn back on. Anytime I try to turn it on there is a pulsing blue light and nothing on screen. I have done a lot of googling and seen people recommending ll these different button combniations for safe mode etc but none of them seem to work for me. Any help appreciated.
