Galaxy S7 .360 battery keeps crashing

Over the last week 360 battery keeps crashing a few times a day. It has also caused my phone to be slow and chrome also crashes. 360 has just crashed as I write this
What can I do please.

Do you mean the 360 battery saver app? I'm quite sceptical about these so-called battery savers, most of them won't improve the battery life and will fill your phone with adware.

You can try clearing data for this app, restart the phone and see if the problem persists. If no go try uninstalling and installing it back.
