Galaxy S7 Active won't stay locked

I have all the smart lock features turned off, a password set, and a pattern... along with a fingerprint setup. I lock it from the security screen when I unlock it, it just lets me swipe. If I power my phone off, it will let me use the settings, but other than that, it just allows me to swipe. Any ideas about what is going on??

Try Safe Mode to test whether a third-party app is causing trouble.

Go to settings and find "Lock Screen and Security", then go to "Secure lock settings", and check if it says "Lock phone instantly with power key". If it isn't turned on, turn it on and that should fix the problem.
