galaxy s7 back button wont respond but will light up

I have a Galaxy S7 that I just recently repaired. After repairing it, the back button responded when you touched it and would light up but the menu button wouldnt light up. After checking to make sure everything was plugged in the menu button light came on and would work but then the back button would not respond to touch but would light up. I then did a factory reset hoping that would solve the issue but it didnt.

Welcome to Android Central! It's very difficult to troubleshoot that remotely. Chances are that something went wrong with your repair, but there's no easy way for us to tell what it might have been. You could try taking it apart again, or take it to a repair shop instead.
