I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S7 edge for AT&T the day it came out. This problem has only been happening for about 6 weeks. L

I'll make a phone call, or receive a phone call, and after a few minutes, the other person suddenly won't be able the hear me and then the phone will hang up on them.

It's driving me totally batty and a Google search turned up nothing. I have already contacted AT&T and they thought they fixed the problem, but it'seems happening again after two weeks of working fine.

It seems to only happen at my home (where I currently have only two bars of service), but sometimes I can be on the phone for an hour and it will be perfectly fine.

Any thoughts? Did I get a dud?

Thank you, and I appreciate any help/advice you have to offer. :-)

Welcome to Android Central! It could certainly be a problem with the cell signal at home. You could try getting a microcell/signal booster from AT&T.

Welcome to Android Central! You're also on AT&T? Have you spoken to them about this? They might want to try a replacement SIM.
