If your TV supports it, you can cast directly to the TV. If not, you can use something like a Microsoft Display Adapter.

I agree the lag to my samsung tv is horrendous. The only thing i found ok was casting the you tube app from my phone to the youtube app on my tv, lipsync was ok via this method. ANything else is a waste of time, basically a useless feature. Thanks Samsung. Could have tried harder.
