Galaxy S7 problems

I have had problems with my brand new S& since I bought it in May this year.
Not only does it get extremely hot, it takes forever to charge, and then loses it's charge very quickly.
The only way I can speak on phone is through the speaker, which is infuriating when answering a call to have to switch speaker on,
A lot of the time when typing a text message the letters I am typing take forever to come up on the screen and when they do, they all come at once.
I am confused.
I am hoping this is something simple to fix and any help would be greatly appreciated,

Were those issues present from the beginning?

These are major problems.First of all you should do a factory reset.If this doesnt fix your problem you shouls go to place you bought the phone and change it with a new one.
