Galaxy S7/S7 edge security updates (US - Tmo)

Haven't seen a security update for T-mo's GS7/GS7 Edge since July, yet Samsung has been pushing out security updates in August and September. Does anyone have any insights if that's it for the support from T-mo (tongue in cheek, but why no security updates in so long)?

Welcome to Android Central. It's up to the carrier to push the updates to the phone. Most carriers do not push the update in a timely fashion, although Verizon has been quite impressive lately.

You can manually check for updates by doing the following.
Go to Settings/system updates/check for system updates. Sometimes the update process won't push until you reboot the phone. If you don't see the update, reboot and check again. If it's still not available, be patient and keep checking regularly. Let us know the outcome.
