Galaxy S7 suddenly died.

Today I woke up and my screen couldnt turn on. I could still reach my Whatsapp Web and hear the phone ringing but the screen woulndt turn on. Tried connecting it to the PC but after reading the phone it didnt show any folder. I will send my phone to a lab but is there any way of saving my files using the PC without using the phone?

Hold the power button for 10 seconds to force a shut down then boot it up.
