Galaxy S7 Wi-Fi not working Sprint

I had this problem myself and have seen several blogs regarding it. In a chat with Sprint I finally got it resolved. Do 2 things. First go to settings and click on system updates. Then click on update profile. When it's done it should restart the phone. If not restart manually. Then perform a reset. Dial ##72786 # It will give you a warning about factory defaults if you do this. Do not worry about that. It's not the same as a hard reset a tech would do. It will take a few minutes but it will give a series of hands free prompts that you just keep clicking continue on. When it's done you will have to restart again. Once I did all this Wi-Fi calling was restored. The bad news is it soon shut off after that. The good news is after repeating those two processes several times Wi-Fi calling started working again and has been ever since. Knock on wood. Hope this helps anyone who has experienced this issue.
