Hello all, new to this forum and hoping I can find some help with my phone.

I have a galaxy s7 active (att) and I've been having issues on my home wifi network for the past few months. Here are the symptoms my phone is experiencing.

When on my home wifi network only load times can be anywhere from 1 to 3 minutes to load simple Web pages. It will just sit there and load and load and load with no results and then all of a sudden decide it's time to go.

When performing speed tests it takes forever to load the test but once it starts it registers the expected speed of 60mbps. And 37ms ping.

All other devices on my network perform great with no issues including multiple iPhones, laptops and gaming devices.

My phone works great on any other network other than my home network.

Here are the fixes I've attempted with no results.

Changing my ip address to a static ip.

Checked to make sure I was not sharing an ip with any other devices on the network.

Factory reset my phone.

Enabled developer settings and changed to the lollipop version of ip assigning.

Reset and updated my router.

I'm at a complete loss as to why my phone is doing this and it is driving me crazy. I have to turn my wifi when I get home just so I can use my phone. I feel like I've tried everything at this point. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Also forgot to mention I've separated my 2.4 and 5 ghz bands into two separate ssids with no luck. Switched it back to one now.
