Galaxy S8 - Long press function gone

Hi!

Since the July 29 software update on my S8 the long press on shortcuts doesn't work. When i hold my finger on a shortcut it thinks I want to move the icon. Also can't delete shortcuts this way.
Does anyone knows whats wrong with it?
