My galaxy s8 shut off randomly this morning. It immediately tried to reboot, and shows the Samsung logo. It also has a solid blue light. I've tried resetting it using VolDown+Power and it will vibrate after 10 seconds, and show the logo again but goes no further than that. At one point it even showed the T-mobile screen but then rebooted again. When left alone it will just stay on a black screen with the solid blue light. I know there was an "Urgent" update that came through on it, but it had only been 2 days since it was pushed to my phone, never downloaded or installed it.

Have you tried restarting in safe mode?
-turn off
-hold power button until Samsung comes up then release.
-immediately press and hold volume down until phone boots up.

Definitely bricked, hopefully in download mode computer recognize the device and can flash the firmware and see what happens

OP download latest Odin and Frija firmware tool from xda forums and if you need further assistance i can help
