Galaxy S8+ whites look like they are glowing?

[Android Central Question]

I'm not entirely sure what this is considering nobody else seems to have this issue. I went to sleep with a perfect display and woke up with a very fuzzy one? When restarting the phone, the white around the "Samsung Galaxy S8+" Is super glow-ey? Everything looks like I am staring at the sun. Honestly thats the best I can describe it. Everything seems to have a glow effect around it.
