Android Central Question

Hi everyone.
I have been using galaxy s9 for the past 1 month already and the only concern that i have is the battery drainage when i am on mobile data.
When using wifi i can get up to 6 hours of Screen on time.
But when on mobile data it is between 3-4 hours of screen on time.
I have only 3g enebled only (no 4g) but that does not help either.
Any suggestions what can be the reason?
Its on 75% and only around 45mins of SOT compared to only wifi usage would get me up to 1hour and 30 mins to even 2 hours.

Welcome to Android Central! What's your cell signal strength like? Use the Cell Signal Strength graph from GSam Battery Monitor to get a good idea. If the cell signal is poor or inconsistent, that can contribute to battery drain.

Limiting to only 3g is negatively affecting your battery. Case and point is that the mobile radio has to be active much longer to complete the same task. Add that to what seems to be already a weak signal and yeah you're asking for trouble
