Galaxy S9 car charging

I use my phone for music while in my car. I run Pandora through my car speakers. I'm finding that with my S9 my phone discharges faster than my car can charge it. This was not the case with my iPhone. Does anyone have experience with this or any tips?

Make sure that you are using a QC 2.0 or higher charger (and charging cable).

I'm using the cable that came with the phone. As far a the charger I don't know. It's the car charger.

Yeah built in USB ports in cars are trash for newer phones. Get a good QC car charger. Like from Anker or Aukey.
