Hi all there,
Watching some YouTube unboxing videos, I noticed that the S9 Plus box includes a gift silicone clear case.
Does this stand for all countries or for some countries only?
Samsung has never placed cases in boxes with their devices. The video you posted was for an Exynos variant of the S9+, which is not sold in the US unfortunately. Maybe they do include cases in other countries, but I wouldn't count on it in the US.

A big part of what comes in the box also depends on your wireless carrier, at least in North America. I remember when AT&T used to remove the headphones, don't know if they still do it?
I highly doubt any wireless carrier (America) will allow you to keep the silicone clear case if it comes in the box from Samsung because they want you to buy one of their cases...
I was looking at the Samsung international site yesterday and under box contents, it showed the case. When I looked at the same page on the US specific version of their site, the box contents did not contain the case.
US carriers will be mad at Samsung if they did that
They like to sell you the overpriced cases and accessories from their store instead. Though Samsung could have included at least in the US unlocked model, but they skip for all versions for logistical reasons may be.
I recieved the case as well, I have the Exynos variant. Though, I think it's regional. I live in a northern african country and I bought it from official Samsung retailers here. In basically a neighbouring country you don't get the case in the box.
Pretty weird of samsung..
