Galaxy Store

The galaxy store app on my s10 isnt working.
It says it needs to access my contacts list and be able to make phone calls.
What in the world? I just want to download this bixby remap app. Not have samsung know all my contacts and call people.
Stupid samsung....

Google play store doesnt ask to do that

That's because Galaxy play store is intergrated into Samsung experience with bixby , ect..

Are you trying to remap the Bixby button? If so, you don't need an app. Just going into Bixby settings and you can remap the button however you like. It works much better than any third party app will

I went to bixby settings. It says it requires an update.
Then it won't update because galaxy store wont work.
Because galaxy store wants to have my contacts and be able to make phone calls..

Interesting discussion. Hopefully samsung changes the store app permission requirements soon

google play store don't do it because they already got that info from their other services
