Galaxy Tab 10 inch - Copy Paste won't work running on ICS.

I just recently realized I couldn't paste any text that I've copied. I tried accessing the clipboard through Polaris Office and Messaging but the clipboard doesn't show up. I downloaded Clipboard Contents and everytime I try to copy something to the clipboard but it returns an error. It's a headache to use without the copy and paste function. How do I fix this?
