Galaxy tab 2 10.1 p5110 qhy so slow ?

Purchased off eBay for $45 ??;;!!? But it's slow as heck. Saying it kindly , factory reset didn't help .
Please help me make it faster I bought it just for flying my drone but its too slow the way it is.

If it's the one I found, you're going to have quite the challenge because the device is quite old. You could try disabling all the apps you're not using, but the best app for doing that won't be available to you because of the OS version that's on it (as new as 4.2.2, which hasn't been supported in years). Our pals at XDA might have a 'pure' ROM for it, but you need to be careful about installing a newer OS that the device isn't really designed for.

You may have put yourself into a situation where you were trying to work within a budget but simply went too far and have now ended up wasting money on this device.

Welcome to Android Central! Old devices like that have eMMC internal storage chips, which deteriorate more quickly over time with use (just like an SD card), so that's probably part of it.
