Galaxy Tab 3 "camera failed"

I just bought a Samsung galaxy tab 3 and the camera says camera failed! Does anyone know how to fix this??

Try a factory reset first. Settings>Back up and reset> factory data reset. If that doesnt work it is probably a hardware problem.
