Galaxy Tab 3: help please please please

So, I went to factory reset my galaxy tab 3. But I messed up bad, I held down the power and volume down. Then it says downloading and not to turn off the tablet . Now it won't turn on at all!!! What do I do!?!?!?!?!?

Actually it said do not turn off target

Just hold down the power button until it resets it will take a minute but just keep the power button pressed until it restarts and that should do it.
