Galaxy Tab 3 - Won't Charge

I want to use my tab 3 all day every day. When the battery warning says plug in I do, but the battery continues to discharge till unit turns off. I thought being plugged in stopped battery drain.

On live chat just now, the agent says the usage drain is faster than the charge rate so battery will continue to die. This does not seem logical as direct electricity should stop battery usage??

The toothpick solution solved it for me. The charging port is pretty poorly designed and it's going to get misaligned after a while. Better stock up on tooth picks!

Me too I GOSE angry why. always shutting down my tablet I have 60% GOSE down 0%

Hi,
I disconnect the battery and seems to fix the problem,
Now the problem I have is that after open it the tablet can surf the internet, is connecting to WiFi but when I try to access a page or YouTube I'm getting a message to check internet connection.
Any ideas ?
