[Android Central Question]

GALAXY TAB A half screen is inverted

Turn on my tablet and half the screen is inverted and the other half is fine. It was never dropped. Try to factor reset and didn't fix the problem. Any help would be great.

Half left-and-right, or top-and-bottom?

Welcome to Android Central! Do you mean inverted colors? Since the problem persists after a factory reset, then there has been some hardware failure, which doesn't have to be from a drop. If there are any cracks, there could be water damage. Or a component or connection might have simply failed. Which Tab A do you have, and is it still under warranty? Give us the full model number in Settings>About Tablet.

Duplicate threads merged, and changed the thread title to reflect the exact tablet model.

That's a 5 year old tablet, so unfortunately it's no longer under warranty. You'd have to bring it to a repair shop. Sorry!
