I have a galaxy Tab S3 bought in June 2017. The first few months speakers stopped working, had to send it in for service. Then any wifi downloaded updates wouldnt install properly. CS had to help and install them using smart switch. Recently November security update downloaded on wifi then got stuck in a reboot loop. CS couldnt resolve it online. Sent me to bestbuy which I had to go back 3 times bc samsung rep didnt work tues wed. Went Saturday, rep said it would take all day to download. Returned sunday and the reflash wouldnt work.
Contacted CS again they gave me the depot tracking team # which I called 6 times to get this taken care of and they kept transferring me to customer service. I created a ticket online again and CS told me they couldnt help and told me to call samsung signature service, just called them and they said they cant help and suggested installing rooted software.
The tablet just boots up to no command dead android. Can anyone help?
