Galaxy tablet help needed

I have a galaxy tablet that Ican't reboot up.. It only goes to the samsung logo...It says there is no cache and then when I try to go to find a cache it says what package and I don't know what to do where do I go to down load a package... I think I must have whiped out the package I had on the tablet what do I do?

It says that failed to mount/cache (No such file or directory) what does this mean? It also says can't mount rebooting file or directory What does that mean?
