Galaxy watch 3, galaxy s10 plus

My husband bought me the galaxy watch 3 for Xmas. The spo2 feature is not on here despite watching videos on how to do it. There simply is not that option on the Samsung health app on the phone. I also can't seem to access the ecg either despite downloading the app on my phone that it told me I needed. Any advice?

I'm guessing you're here in the US?

Seems like when I set my watch up, I simply had to open the SP02 app. Have you opened the Galaxy Wearable app and applied all the updates?

Do you have the Samsung Health Monitor app installed on the watch? It is for the ECG.

Go to samsung health on your watch then scroll down to the little water drop/blood oxygen icon and press it, then simply measure your oxygen levels.
