Galaxy Watch 7 won't answer phone calls.

I have a new Galaxy Watch 7 and it is linked to my Pixel 6 phone. When a phone call comes in both the watch and the Pixel 6 ring but I cannot answer on the watch. Pressing the green icon does nothing. How do I fix this?

I think you have to actually swipe the green icon to answer. Simply touching will not do the job.
