galaxy watch active 2 vibrate notification don't work

when is set to vibrate mode, the volume setting for calls is on vibrate, but the notification and system volume is inactive. When is set on sound mode, the volume for notification is active but not working on watch. I want to set the watch to vibration for both, calls and notification.
