Galaxy Watch interfering with Galaxy Buds?

Situation: I go for walks with my watch, S10+ and my new buds. I put my phone in my front left pocket (cargo shorts). While listening to the Audible App on my phone thru the Galaxy Buds, I get cut outs and skips routinely. Frustrated, I put my phone in my right front pocket. Sound is perfect.

The only difference, other than left pocket versus right pocket, is I wear my Galaxy Watch on my left arm.

Is there an interference between the watch and the phone? or just a coincidence?

No, there's absorption through your body that's killing the Bluetooth signal between the phone and the bud receiver, which is evidently in the right bud. Bluetooth Class 3, which is what's used, is good out to about 10 meters in clear air. Going through the human body, front pants pocket to opposite-side ear seems to be out of range. (I've been seeing that since about 2010, when U first started using a BT earphone.) Keep the phone in your right pocket, or put he phone in your left pocket but switch the buds.

I moved this from the general Samsung Smartwatches forum to the Galaxy Watch forum for more specific traffic.

I have the exact same set of devices and this issue happens to me. I've tried disconecting the watch while using the buds (which makes no sense since everything is Samsung) and still have some interference while using the bike or walking.

I'll try changing my phone to other pocket to see if it works.

I noticed the problem when I lay down and my phone is a foot away from head and I lift my arm with watch on it behind my head or on my head the left earbud will cut out. Mine are all Samsung also S21, Galaxy watch 4, earbud live. They really don't work together well at all,

Can you leave phone at home and listen to audible through your Bluetooth buds on watch 6 classic?
