It says it works with Android AND iOS so it should be fine. Huawei has there own watch too....

Friend of mine is using the Bluetooth only model with his Mate 20 Pro and I don't think there are any issues.

I think it should be fine. It's not on the list of compatible devices but neither is the Pixel 3XL (which I have) and the P3XL works fine with the watch. Of course the compatibility need to be updated.

Yes. Both take standard 22mm straps

Good!! I did order a leather band off Amazon that stated Galaxy watch but thats great to know. So far I really like the watch.

Hi there. My new Samsung Galaxy watch arrived today and I have been trying to pair it with my Huawei Mate 20 Pro with no luck. The Samsung Wearable App keeps crashing on me... £300 down the drain on a smartwatch that I cannot pair with my android device.. I should have just stuck with Apple...

The Wearables app isn't crashing for my friend's device - not sure why it's not working for you.

Wondering if it is defective. Have you tried to reset it?

I have the 4G version through Sprint but the problem I'm having is when I go on a walk with the dogs and don't bring my phone I'm unable to use the voice to texting for messages for my family members I'm using that right now to write this on my phone

Uninstall the app. Reinstall. Before starting the do a full reset, not the reset in the app, but the reset that uses the buttons on the watch. Once it completes try the setup again.
It sounds almost line the Samsung Accesories app didn't install first time.

Update: Found out that even though it's a 4GLTE watch, through Sprint, the 4GLte capability isn't there yet -they said early next year. I'm alright with that, just would've been nice having 4G from the get go.

Hi Connor... In short NO...

I have the new Samsung Galaxy Watch and cannot use it as a smartwatch as is will not connect to my Mate 20 Pro via the Wearable App.

Samsung have ressponded with a couple of fixes and guess what, they don't work!!!!

Cannot refund as the box has been opened and seal has been broken.

Yes, have tried reserving. I have also successfully paired it with my work phone, the S8, so know its not a faulty watch.
