galaxy6 wifi connection with BT

recently purchased Galaxy 6 from Vodafone. BT is my internet provider. the phone will not allow refresh on face book or instagram and will not load internet sites in my home if I go anywhere else that has wifi have no problem spoke to BT they say its samsung i should speak to samsung say Bt confused. Help

Welcome to the AC Forums. Did you try rebooting the modem and then the router?

I have a Galaxy S6 and BT Infinity Broadband with a Homehub 5. Everything works perfectly.

yes re booted modem and router even tried changing wifi channels no luck. have had past trouble with the modem but BT insist that there is nothing wrong with it. In the past the internet signal kept dropping and it took over a week for them to sort it out.
