I decided today I would root my phone, which was completely successful. I proceeded to install ROM Manager, and then install Cyanogen 10 from ROM Manager on my phone. Over an hour later, my phone is still giving me the blue Cyanogen swirl, and from what i've read, that's not supposed to happen...

Thoughts/suggestions?

*I cannot get into recovery mode, but I can get into download mode.

Did you a wipe before installing cm10?

No, since when I clicked on the ROM directly from the mobile app ROM Manager from CWM, it fired up immediately with no options.

*Updated status:
-I managed to use ODIN to flash a stock ROM version of ICS, which is what I originally had. however, new problem is that Google Play store app won't launch. I uninstalled ROM Man. and will reboot my phone, then I may root it again.

Just flash everything in recovery so you know stuff was wiped properly. Rom Manager is only good for flashing cwm these days.

I had to install the gapps file to get Google store to work.
