gallery app & video thumbnails

Is there a gallery app that let's you choose which from is used as the video thumbnail? All my videos look the same in my stock gallery.

I'm using Samsung Galaxy Note 2 and there's a app in the menu called "video" it plays automatically in thumbnail version so you know which one is which. now, I don't know what kind of phone you are using, but if you use Samsung, you might have the same app.I hope this post helped you at least a little bit

This is sort of in the right direction but video does not sort anything by album as it is in the gallery and does not allow for browsing videos and pictures together which is what I am looking for
