Gallery in Note 3 is not responding

My gallery in Note3 is not responding. I already do rebooting and resetting but still not able to open my galley. Pls help

Does it not respond any way you approach it? For example, if you go into the My Files app, go to pictures and select a picture, does it let you use the gallery app?

I have the same issue as well. I downloaded the stock google camera app. It comes with a gallery app that works much better.
