Gallery Issues

Hi,

I have a S7 that I've factory reset. In my gallery I can see all my photos. If I try to upload a photo to facebook/instagram, I can only see photos up to a point where they stopped saving to my SD card. The others come from the Samsung Cloud/DCIM folder.

Any advice on how I can go back to seeing all photos please?

I've deleted the .nomedia files.

I know you already did a factory reset, but try going to the App Manager, selecting Facebook and Instagram, and Clear Cache/Clear Data (I'm not sure if the app data got restored from your Google account when you set the phone back up).

It might be an issue with the SD card. Try copying all of the photos to a different SD card, and see if it works with that card.
