game controls that stick to your screen?

Hello,
I signed up just to ask this question because I just cannot find the answer through Google. I am obviously not searching with the correct terms. Does anyone know what the buttons for android games are called where you can stick them directly to your screen? I have trouble with games that use the virtual analog and need a physical one. Thanks in advance!
