GAME TOOLS floating button showing up in WHATSAPP

Hi ,

After updating to NOUGAT, my s7 edge has a weird problem, GAME TOOLS FLOATING BUBBLE ICON is showing up whenever i open WHATSAPP , dont know why this is happening , if anyone know of the situation please let me know .

Hi there,

Are you on the latest Game Tools version? What about clearing the Game Tools' app cache from the Application Manager? I just checked on mine and it doesn't pop-up when using Whatsapp, but it does pop up with Heads Up and Mario Run, so it is working as it should. I'm on a T-Mobile version of the S7E, by the way.

Thanks for reply , I tried cleaning cache , no change its showing up in whatsapp , its very annoying , i dnt have time to factory reset now , i hope som1 hav same issue with solutiom

Did you already wipe your phone's cache after the update? (Power off, power on in Recovery Mode, select Wipe Cache)

Also, have started Game Launcher and checked if Whatsapp isn't added there? If it is (you can custom-add apps to it), then that would be triggering the button on Whatsapp.

Yeah i did reset my phone today , its gone . Dnkw wat kind of weird bug it is.

I'm sure you probably already tried this but did you go into settings and turn it off?
