Gaming on such a High Res Screen...

Another thing to consider, just about all the Android tabs run 1280x800 with a Tegra 2...and because of politics they get all the best games. The 4460 is a good bit faster than the tegra 2, and is having to push slightly less res here.

Is this true? Tegra 2 faster than 4460 in games? If so then I would be okay with this phone.
But if I'm running Dungeon Defenders or Order and Choas I want a smooth experience like I had with my Bionic.... but I don't think I'll get it because of the extra pixels and the same architecture as the Bionic.
I just don't think gaming will be GN's strong suit.

This is a good point. My Xoom seems to run games just fine. I am feeling more confident now that the gameplay will at least be smooth.

Like I mentioned earlier. According to that benchmark webpage the Xoom is slower then the GN, however it plays those two games you mentioned very well on a much larger screen. The GN will be very fast esp. using an OS that can't take better advantages of its hardware.

I wonder if they clocked the GPU lower than 384 Mhz on the 4460 just like they lowered the CPU clock.

If that's the case, can you change the GPU clock speed through rooting?
