Garbage in 8K video

I shoot 8K video. I tried to pay those files on 3 Samsung 4K TVs. I get an error saying that this file is not supported.
I tried to play on the PC with the highest power graphics card NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Ti. I also tried to play on other PCs with lower quality graphics cards. I have 4 PCs from different manufacturers and diff8erent age. The files play but give garbaged picture (vertical lines. One of them I marked with red. There are 6 of them):

What is it - my phone is defective, or it is not possible to play 8K videos on my TVs and PCs?
4K videos do not contain any garbage.

I'm pretty sure it's states somewhere that you won't be able to play back the 8k video on most TV's. My guess is it probably won't scale down to the necessary format to play properly.

I can play youtube 8k videos on my PCs. Maybe youtube converts somehow saying that it is 8K, but in reality gives lower quality. But if it is really 8K and my PC hardware can play it then why 8K from Galaxy s20 Ultra give that garbage?

I have a 2080 Ti as well, I don't have time tonight to try 8k video playback on it but maybe it's a software player/codec problem on the PC end? I have a feeling that 8k video filming is going to be as infancy on the S20 as 4k was on the S7...

Same thing here, it's not the computer or the tv. It's the phone that can't record fast enough. It's skipping frame. Just download other videos with the same codec in 8K, they play perfectly fine on my computer. Only the ones from my expensive S20 Ultra that won't. Quicktime on a MAC 5K, the decoder(likely AMD or Intel) will just ignore the frame-skipping. But on PC, it is using your nVidia GPU decoder to decode as it should, because the format is not encoded as it should, it returns you on screen either a black screen or one with tearing as a result. This phone is a joke.

I may have a workaround, please reply to tell me if this works:

1) Auto HDR ON Video Stabilization OFF = vertical lines

2) Stabilization ON Auto HDR off = Vertical Lines

3) HDR OFF and Stabilization OFF = NO VERTICAL LINES

4) Stabilization ON and HDR On = NO VERTICAL LINES (but it seems a bit choppier even though I was panning slowly)

Test it out and if any tech heads can explain why this is, let us know!
