After installing GB08, I've lost Foxfi's capabilities. What are my options to get this working again? Thanks.

Unfortunately, you need to wait for FoxFi to update their .apk. That means they have to crack the codes in GB08. And even then, there still is no guarantee. I waited for the new update when my E4GT updated. When it did, it still didn't work. You can try searching for FoxFi on Google.

TD has a preconfigured Wifi tether app file you can flash in recovery. Go on XDA and have a look.
