Gboard Problem: Keyboard flips down and up

When i mark text and then tap on copy in a text field like this then the keyboard from Gboard goes totally downwards and just flips up when tapping into the text field.
But then the text box is hidden under the keyboard or moves unpredictable up or down.
This is really annoying.

Is this normal ?
How to fix this?
