Gboard Spelling Correction

I use Gboard as my default keyboard. Since then, underlines have been constantly disappearing. Every few hours I have to go to Settings>General Management>Spelling Correction and have to select Gboard. It always reverts back to the Samsung Keyboard. How do I get it to stay ? Using S20 Ultra.

Any way you can force stop the Samsung Keyboard?

In settings >general management >keyboard list and default >default keyboard >you have Google chosen?

Yes this is what I have.

Your not long pressing space bar by accident in the keyboard?

No I don't think so as I have been keeping an eye on it.

Even after the major update. it still does the same thing.

You can try to reset app preference in settings>apps>3 dots upper right corner tap
