Gear Fit 2

Does anyone who has this have issues with the floor count being off? I've gone up and down the stairs all day for laundry and it says 0 Floors.

I don't have that one, but maybe it has settings you need you turn on or activate, for step count, etc.

I looked an it doesn't have any. The old Gear fit did so why this one doesn't is odd.

Just received a gear fit 2 pro. And so far none of the steps/floors whatever seem to be accurate. My phone is more accurate than the watch. What's the point Samsung!?

I do. I have a basement that and I go up and down them everyday. Most of the time, I get no floors.
