I have a Note 3 and I have $149 Gear 2 Neo, that worked great until the Gear Manager App Updated. I was so pleased with my watch. That I upgraded to the $399 Gear S. The day before the software updated. So i have two useless pieces of crap now because Samsung, a company that I support every chance I get. Phone, watches, 7 TVs in my house, 2 Blue Ray players, surround sound system, home security cameras, all in one smart remote. Man, you name it, I bought it. Now they are lacking miserably on this. PLEASE UPDATE YOUR MISTAKE. I am NOT purchasing ANYTHING with your company's name on it. FIX YOUR ****. going to the BBB here locally to file a complaint. Off you won't react to legitimate customer complaints, then maybe you will listen to the Better Business Bureau. UPDATE NEEDED.
