I've had my Gear S2 since launch, but only recently started using the always-on mode for the added convenience of not having to flick my wrist like a moron if it doesn't react.

However, I've noticed that sometimes the watchface isn't centered (it's pretty bad at times with extremes giving me an offset of like 3-4mm).

If I wake the screen up everything is centered perfectly, but as soon as the always-on display goes back on, it starts shifting around (sometimes to the left, but most often diagonally upwards to the right). The recent update did nothing to fix this.

Has anyone else experienced this?

I haven't tried that yet but may now out of curiosity. Funny comment about flick wrist like a moron lol.😄

The always-on watch face changes depending on which watch face you're using. Some devs don't bother doing anything special while others try to mimic the design down to perfection.

"Spiderweb" and "Steps and Battery" are honorable mentions of analogue watches that has good always-on faces as well.

On the s3 it just stays on.

haha... "flick wrist moron".. lol

I just finally installed the new Gear S3 standard watch face onto my S2. I've been hangin for this to become available for the S2 and as you've described, it's not centered!

I really like the watch face much better than all the poxy "luxury" ones I've wasted money on. Nearly all the ones for sale look stupid... The free ones are the best
