Gear S3 bezel problem

Sometimes the bezel on my Gear S3 sticks but recently I've had two of what look like friction protection pads come out from under it and it does seem more loose now. Anybody know if this is really bad and if I need to send it for service or something?

Although it is an old topic, maybe my suggestion will help someone, namely, because of the wet weather outside, the frame (bezel) turned harder for me, I solved it by lubricating a little under the bezel with machine oil, so I no longer have problems turning the frame. A little oil should not damage the frame or the watch itself, because I guess the watch is waterproof .....
