Gear S3 calls

Hey.. Can anyone help out at all please?

When I have Gear S3 set to connect to phone via Bluetooth, the calls I can answer on watch are only the ones made to phone. When bluetooth is off, I get fwds calls that are made to phone AND incoming on watch number.

If Bluetooth on, watch incoming calls go right to voicemail.

Is there a way to fix this? Is best method to leave Bluetooth off so watch functions for both?

The way to fix this is to change the LTE to always on. You likely have it set to only come on when not connected by Bluetooth, so essentially that watch phone is off when connected to your phone by Bluetooth because it has no service. You can go into the settings and change LTE to always on and it should fix your problem. Just keep in mind that your battery will not last as long.
