I lost my samsung galaxy gear s3 frontier can i trace if it if someone try to replace my samsung account in my gear s3 and will it notify me in email?

If you have it connected to a cellular account, go to Android Device Manager and log in with the Google account on the watch, you should be able to see where it is - or was if someone changed the account it's on.

If the Bluetooth version, I would think all they would have to do is reset it and that would clear all of your data and it could be paired to another phone.
Did the band break?
