Gear S3 LTE - SIM slot

Is there a sim card slot?
I ask, because I don't want to pay t-mobile for activation if I can get it from Samsung at a cheaper price and activate it myself.
T-Mobile gear s3 :$403+$20 activation
Samsung.com gear s3 (T-Mobile) $350

AFAIK, the Sim card is not removable.

Oh... Well, if I can see the sim number.. Then I guess I can just call and activate and not have to pay the $20 activation fee.

I don't know if it's because I was a new customer or not, but I bought mine from Samsung and was still charged a 20 dollar activation fee.

They charge that for every new line activation. I paid $20. The service is free now since I got it Magenta Weekend, but the activation was not.

The SIM is an eSIM and is embedded in the phone and is non-removable. To find the eSIM number, open Settings, Gear info, About device, ICCID (the eSIM number).

It would make sense.. All they have to do in their part is add the sim number to their active list.
